Paleo Enchilada Sauce
Red Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
2 tbsp coconut or arrowroot flour
3 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
sea salt to taste
2 cups homemade or organic chicken broth
Directions:
Heat oil over medium high heat in a small saucepan. Add flour and spices to make a crumbly paste. Slowly, stir in broth, whisking until combined. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
