{Paleo} Pumpkin Latte


Because it's fall, ya'll!! This is a healthy version of a pumpkin spice latte. (And honestly, I'm not a huge fan of the starbucks version - there, I said it.)

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1-2 tbsp. pure maple syrup (to taste)

1-3 tbsp. pumpkin puree (to taste)

1 cup hot coffee (the stronger, the better!)

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:

Heat milk, syrup, and pumpkin in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until warm. 
Remove from heat and add coffee, spice and vanilla. Whisk to make it frothy. 
Enjoy!!!

Soooo easy, and so yummy on a cold fall day.
