Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

This pumpkin bread is both moist and fluffy, and has the perfect amount of fall goodness. 


1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

1 cup dark brown sugar

1 cup pumpkin puree

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cloves

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350. Add butter, sugar, pumpkin & eggs in a mixer bowl. Combine well. Add flour, soda, baking powder, and spices. Mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour  into greased 8 x 9 loaf pan, and bake for 45 minutes. 
Let cool before removing from pan.
