Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

This is a recipe that I use at the beginning of the week for meal prep. I stick it in the crock pot, and when it's done, I weigh it into portions so that I can use for different lunches throughout the week! For example: Buffalo Chicken Avocado Rice Bowls

Directions:
Add chicken to crock pot. (However much you need. I usually do enough for lunches for the week.) I usually use boneless skinless chicken breasts out of the freezer. No need to thaw! Cover in Ranch Dips mix (1 package is  plenty!), then cover with Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
Cook on low 6 hours. Shred chicken with 2 forks, then cook for 1 more hour! Enjoy immediately, or store in the refrigerator or freezer for later.
